Turnkey
Comprehensive management of a project including all the resources and/or services (engineering, labour, supplies and equipment) necessary to carry it out. This management includes all phases, from conception, preparation, execution, closing and delivery of documentation.
Semi-collaborative
For the development of this type of collaboration, IPSUM provides the necessary resources to carry out the construction in terms of detailed engineering and labor. The client provides the necessary equipment and/or supplies.
Collaborative
In fully collaborative projects, IPSUM only provides the operators and supervisors for the execution. While the client provides equipment, supplies and/or engineering.
At IPSUM the projects are developed as detailed below.
Initially, IPSUM analyses all the client’s requirements to develop the detailed engineering.
With the engineering documentation, the planning of the project and the launch of the purchases are prepared. Once the first materials are received, prefabrication begins in the workshop, ordering and marking all the pieces that can be prepared for the project.
The start of the on-site construction is agreed with the client, then the transport of the prefabricated elements, as well as the human resources, as well as the auxiliary services (cranes, platforms, scaffolding, etc.) are planned. If necessary, the necessary collaborating companies are coordinated for the complete execution of the project.
To close the project, IPSUM prepares the documentation of all the material for the client, including the analyses and quality controls. Finally, the project is closed, delivering the “As-Built” documentation to the client.
